Easy 7-Day Return
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged during transit.

• You received an incorrect product.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

 

Return Conditions

To be eligible:

• Product must be unused. 

• Original packaging, tags, accessories and invoice must be intact. 

• Return request should include clear photographs of the product. 

• Non-Returnable Items 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective:

• Opened grooming products 

• Pet hygiene products 

• Customized or personalized products 

• Products damaged due to misuse

 

Refunds

After the returned product passes our quality inspection:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• COD refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account after verification.

 

Exchange

If you prefer, we will happily replace eligible products with the same item (subject to stock availability).

 

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow the return policy.
